Q7 Sport Smartwatch Reviews

This watch only worked for about five days. After that the date and time (it would only do military time which I hate) were way off and I was no longer able to connect to Bluetooth And the watch quit tracking my steps. And now I’m trying to return the watch but I can’t connect to Bluetooth to erase all the data. I also purchased one for my husband for Father’s Day and his was never able to connect to Bluetooth. I tried to return to JCPenney’s and they told me it was too late I only had 10 days to return it but I bought it early as a gift For Father’s Day so this doesn’t even make sense. Also I used the Q7 Sport Smartwatch app, the correct app and it still did not work. I didn’t even bother with customer service after reading the reviews and how terrible customer service is and it sounds like there’s no solution anyway. I don’t recommend buying this watch you might as well spend the extra money and get the real deal.

So I tried use Q7SportSmartwatch on iPhone 8 and latest iOS using my Q7. The phone was able to connect to Q7. It there were two devices on Bluetooth-q7 and q7-le . Anyways Q7SportSmartwatch is terrible to add and connect a device and even if I got it connected in Q7SportSmartwatch the data from Q7 would not sync to app at all.
Clicking on firmware check would simply crash Q7SportSmartwatch . Reboot the device had no effect. There were no helpful indications what so ever on what is wrong . It’s obvious that q7 smart watch is not syncing to iOS app although it records my walk/steps. But this makes it useless for me for tracking walk/run exercise purposes :(.
I can only use smart watch for other phone related things such as notifications and messages,etc.

This watch is very good and affordable but I think that you should update Q7SportSmartwatch to make it to where we can receive notifications from all social media platforms; for example Snapchat and TikTok. We should be able to change the watch face to choose what color the font is and if we want an image on the watch face as well. I also think we should be able to choose the order the slides are in. Please take this into consideration on your next update.

So for what it is, I do like the watch. It has a long battery life and it has everything I need on it, although I can’t text with it but that’s ok for the price. What’s not so great, is the customer service. I tried calling for help because Q7SportSmartwatch wasn’t allowing me to log in. I was told that I had to open up a twitter account in order to log in. I didn’t want to do that so I asked when the next time Q7SportSmartwatch will be updated. I was told they had no idea when it would be ready. It’s already been a 5 days and I still can’t log in. I’ve tried to even put on forgot password and something flashes over the button but it’s too fast to even speed read! Really bad app and service, nice watch.

So when I first got this watch it was a present from a friend and she got it for herself to and I was excited to use it however after a couple weeks it disconnected and said it was connected on the watch but wouldn’t follow the commands from my phone also the time was wrong and I couldn’t figure out how to change it I even tried to reset it and get a new account and disconnect the watch and redo everything I continued on the other account and I figure there is no way to fix it it’s very annoying and should be taken off shelves...and it tracks my sleep and steps incorrectly even when it’s synced to my health app which has it correct

I bought this watch while on sale. Now I know why they where trying to get rid of them. It worked great for a week maybe two and now it will not connect Bluetooth is connected but it will not sync to my phone. I have uninstalled app and reinstalled and it will still not connect. And it doesn’t keep time properly. So what am I to do with it now. From the comments I’ve seen trying customer service is useless. Want some answers or a new watch since it’s to late to return. Still have original box and receipt. Please respond

I think that you should let us change the watch face. You should let us set our own backgrounds. And you should let us make our own. You should let us pick the ringtones for the notifications and calls. And you should let us make reminders and alarms on the watch. You should also let us be able to change the wrist bands and let us play music on the watch. Thank you for your time.

I have had the watch for 5 days and have installed and uninstalled Q7SportSmartwatch twice as many times as I should have to and have yet to be able to use the watch. It DOES NOT work. Bought the watch when JCPenneys had it for $25 regularly $75. I would be very very upset if I had paid full price and got the piece of crap that I got. I have also called customer service several times and no one is ever available to take my call. Left a message and absolutely no rely. Could that be because they know what crap they are selling?

This watch and app work amazingly in sync together. I knows me better than I know myself! :) I love the idea of it knowing if I’m low on water, pics with a click and so much more. I have also been in touch with their customer Servise and they were super helpful!
Highly recommend for all ages!

So for bragging rights only it made my son look cool....for a hot minute. Battery life is five hours IF it’s not used. What a waste of a great idea! Where did Q7 go wrong? So many mistakes they had to know at production it would be found out to be a bad fake of a bad product. Even the Apple is not that great but I bought this as a gift and he used it maybe twice.
I tried giving it to my brother-in-law and I couldn’t force him to take it. Have I made my point?

This is a good app, but Q7SportSmartwatch sometimes says that the watch has been disconnected. When I check Bluetooth, it says that it’s still connected. Other than that, it works well.

I love my watch and use it to track how active I am each day. However I would love for Q7SportSmartwatch to allow me to upload pictures onto the watch for the time screen background and/or more options for clock faces. I think this would add more life to the watch and make it a little less boring.

I liked this watch especially for how cheap it is but I couldn’t figure out how to change how long I slept for and some of the categories were hard to figure out. It would be nice if there were better directions but over all a nice watch

It will not connect to my iPhone. The model of my watch is NO9072! When you added the q7sport watch it disconnected my watch from my iPhone .will not let the watch connect back to my phone

Got because the jc penny rewards brought it down to 25 buck. I know realize that they were probably just trying to get rid of them. Not even 24 hours later im having trouble with the watch AND Q7SportSmartwatch . Q7SportSmartwatch keeps unsynching to the watch and resetting everything to 0. Get a REAL brand name iwatch people. Its worth the money to not have to hastle with it. Either way watches werent meant to count calories or receive texts im taking this back for a normal analog wrist watch

So there’s kind of a false advertisement on the box because there’s really only like 5 features on the watch, the only good thing about it, is that it doesnt send you notifications when you’re getting a message or calls. Aside from the battery life being the best thing about it, other than that pretty basic watch so don’t expect much from when you buy it.

I think you guys should let us pick backgrounds and ringtones. We should be able to change the bands. You guys should have notifications for anything that we wish to download, and a notification for Snapchat. We should also be able to text on the watch too. Thank you for your time.

I got a problem. I lost my watch and it was dead on battery when i lost it. So if there is a way you can add a feature where i can track my watch while its dead on battery then that will fix my situation so much. Thanks!

Q7SportSmartwatch is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. Great product and a great app overall. Q7SportSmartwatch makes the Q7 experience excellent! Highly recommend!
