I have had tracker for a month. Tried a more expensive tracker and sent it right back, couldn't make head's nor tales of it. Same with this low cost tracker. I can't figure out how to charge it or turn it on from the tiny instructions. It looks like you have to somehow remove one side of the band to charge it, which side and how to take it off, I've no idea. Installed the app, but no way to use. And I guess because product is cheap, they have no call-in customer support. There should be laws against marketing any electronic device and not providing easy customer care, no matter the cost of the device. Really hoped I could use it, was hoping it could help me improve my health. SMH.

Mine has been working fine for a few months. The last time I charged it, I cannot get it to bind to my phone again. The date and time are wrong on the watch now. It connects to Bluetooth but the app cannot find the band. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. What can I do?

I ordered 2 yoho sports watches. Was supposed to be free, just pay shipping. WATCH THE SMALL PRINT!!! Will charge you $95.00 in 2 weeks, for this junk!!! Works great until you charge them, then they will not bind to the app again, no matter what you do. Can't find contact number for company, can't find how to RE-bind to app, just a big hoax!!! Never again will I order from an ad as such as that one.

Hi I received my smart watch today (BO2 model) Downloaded YOHO sports app as instructed by seller. Clicked on device from app to bind watch, no device can be found I have installed and uninstalled more than once still not working. Any suggestions would be appreciated thank you.

It only charges in one charger, it does not fit well in any other, it just comes out or fit loosely so it doesn't charge, the app doesn't work, it keeps unbending the watch so it stops counting and the time is stuck at the last time it was connected, now it is not even working and it's only 3 days old, forget this item, pay a bit more and get a better one.

I've had my watch for about 3 weeks now and the screen is completely gone. I can't see anything and it said it was waterproof since I wash my hands alot. I also have problems connecting it to my phone, some days it works some days it doesn't.

Yoho Sports App killed my Blue tooth computer keyboard. Brand new Smart Band. Went to setting/Blue tooth ON, try to find Smart Band but LG cell phone found the Keyboard instead, listed as MSGM115. Later I figured it's blue tooth signal may be stronger than the LG Rebel 4 cell phone of Smart Band. Shut off computer and the MSGM115 ID went away, confirming my suspicion. Uninstalled Yoho Sports App from Dec 25th to install the new version Jan 5,21. Cell phone setting find Blue Tooth device, nothing gets added except my wife's Samsung Cell phone and asks if I want to pair it. Smart Band not found!. From application where it says to Bind- Nothing happens. From profile page their is a section says not Paired. Tried to pair it here as well, nothing happens. Check MAC in band depress and hold says it is ON. Gave up after a whole day. Went back to do computer work and found the blue tooth keyboard is typing weird numbers instead of letters, return doesn't work! Whole thing is trashed now from this APP. Luckily I had a spare USB keyboard to do my work. Lost money on the band, lots of time and a keyboard. Should have bought a Fit Bit. Took plenty of pictures of the screens and revision history but can't upload. Site doesn't take attachments. PS the Blood PRESSURE MONITOR is so far of you could kill someone. Always reads 116/77 while my professional Omega Blood pressure monitor reads 150/88 morning, 142/87 later after my medicine.

I am very disappointed with this I have been having issues with this on and off for a few months and now I cNt do anything it wants me to have the device bound which it was and now it's not. Don't bother trying to e mail them because they never respond and calling is a nightmare

Very Disappointed

This review is based on my personal experience and I'm not saying everyone has the same issues I do. I bought the 4 pack, thinking I'd give some to my kids. On the positive side, the clock works, although not sure how to change date/time. (Instructions are almost non-existent throughout) Also, not an obvious way to contact support for help. It counts steps but is not very accurate, especially if you're not swinging arms, and doesn't take into account a persons stride length. The heart monitor is fairly accurate but the blood pressure monitor is useless. All four bracelets I received are off by anywhere from 30-40 points on the systolic and 10-15 on the Diastolic when compared side-by-side to a real BP monitor. I honestly can't give this to someone who would need to rely on BP measurements as it could be deadly when receiving very faulty information. They're cheap so I guess you get what you pay for, but I'll gladly pay much more for something I can rely on. By-the-way the App has very basic info and marginal setup ability.

Poorly made device

I set the device up on Monday, after receiving in mail on Saturday. Charged it, downloaded this App and set it all up. Things started out really well. Counting my steps, I was getting text messages, Heart Beat and Blood Pressure monitoring working well. Never could get the “shake for picture”, to work. By the end of the day, getting the Heart Beat and Blood Pressure was taking some time, text messages weren’t coming through. Wore it to bed, did not monitor sleep, time had switched to a 2400 hour clock. Still no Monitoring of HB or BP. After about 2 hours, nothing working. I again read the poorly translated directions, turned my phone off and back on. Time, steps, distance, calorie count came back, but nothing else. I’ve deleted the App, reloaded the App, turned phone off, nothing has changed. Good thing this was not expensive. Of course, I guess you get what you pay for. 🤨🙄

If they would just back up their products

I had this tracker for just a few months every time I turn around I couldn’t charge it I plugged it in and I called the company and then it started working I know they have access to turning it on well or upgrading I don’t understand why they can’t give me a new tracker because I cannot charge it at all they said that I was a little too late because in June it would be out they would’ve been able to send me one but I ended up on calling them and asking them to you don’t get the tracker taken care of but she said she was unable because June was my day would’ve been able to do it in June of this year but of course I will be without a tracker and I spent you know for three trackers and I’m having problems so I hope they get this review because it’s not very good because they don’t back up their products
