There are better options out there for free. This subscription nonsense is getting too much. If every app becomes a subscription, I’m going to be paying thousands of dollars a year to use them? Get real. Charge a reasonable one-time fee and be done with it. Nobody in their right mind is going to subscribe to this.

I think that’s kind of crappy that after downloading/installing VideoSoundEditorVideoMaster, it’s not until I OPEN it that I find out it’s a DEMO version and I won’t be able to SAVE any videos I work on until I PAY. Weak. Might be a good app, but bait & switch is why it gets only one star - because honestly, once I saw that, never even tried it.👎

You cannot use VideoSoundEditorVideoMaster to edit a videos audio without paying for a monthly subscription. A one time payment to purchase VideoSoundEditorVideoMaster would be acceptable. However this business model for such a simple service is disingenuous should not be supported. I recommend exporting to a pc and using a well renowned DAW or free software instead of paying a monthly service for a simple audio editor on IOS

It did not remove the very loud white noise sound from my video. I cancelled as soon as I realized it didn’t work and would love to have my money refunded. I was grateful that the developers responded but VideoSoundEditorVideoMaster that they suggested, Audiofix, did not work either.

I can’t really leave an accurate review yet. Can you help with it getting stuck on analyzing audio? I haven’t been able to do anything yet. I’ve tried a couple of different videos. They are roughly 3 to 5 minutes long. It compresses them fine, but when it goes onto analyzing the audio, it gets stuck for hours. I don’t know if that something that’s normal and I would just need to be patient but that seems like an awfully long time if I wanted to do three or four videos that would take me days so I’m thinking it must be a glitch?

I went and paid for VideoSoundEditorVideoMaster for 6 months and it won’t even export the files most of the time. I try to just do a simple volume boost and it won’t export. It pretty much let’s me know what I’m doing instead of giving me all the options

I continue to use VideoSoundEditorVideoMaster, because it is very effective for improving the audio in videos. However, it uses its own very strange interface for picking the video that you want to edit that makes it very difficult to find the video that you were trying to edit. It does not use the normal Apple interface that let you pick from folders or even from, the list of everything.

I like your app to connect to the Bluetooth, maybe there’s a glitch in the software I don’t know I just know in the previous versions I was able to connect via Bluetooth so now I can’t.

I love the concept of VideoSoundEditorVideoMaster, alot! I use it in post production for my posts on social media. The problems that I have encountered are that VideoSoundEditorVideoMaster freezes, frequently. The only way to unfreeze it is to delete VideoSoundEditorVideoMaster from my phone and then re-download it. Upon deleting it, it asks if I would like to maintain my subscription, and I always answer yes. However, when I go to open the new app, it will not let me open it unless I pay another subscription fee of $15. So far I have been charged for VideoSoundEditorVideoMaster three different times in a period of a few months. I was able to dispute two of the charges with my credit card company, and they took care of it. I just want to pay for VideoSoundEditorVideoMaster , and be able to use it without it freezing. Great concept, but the bugs need to be corrected.

Seriously powerful for quickly upgrading sound quality on videos #inphone ! For anyone not familiar with adjusting frequencies manually, I’d recommend flipping through the presets to find ones that bring out the vocals or quiet some unwanted background noise, or just make it sound better for whatever reason. Defer to the ears here! I’ve salvaged some videos with sound issues that would have been unusable, unsharable. If I didn’t know about sound but posted videos, I would watch a few tutorials on basic equalization and utilize this, there not anything else out there for fixing sound on videos without exporting to computer etc. Bad sound is just not pleasant and will chase ppl away even if they don’t know why! Bad sound is like needles poking your little eardrums, good sound is like an eardrum massage or even a soul massage if it’s really good sound! Good sound is everything so thank you so much for VideoSoundEditorVideoMaster!

Very new still but I can see it potential for for many musicians to have a big bag of goodies to be more creative in the intransit moment of sheer genius that you have got to put it into audible scrootney ASAP

Easy to use and professional sounding. The 6 channels gives you a lot to work with. I’ve been going through a lot of old phone videos and their all now sounding a lot better. Very cool app!

When I had an issue recently, not only did they know about it. They sent me an email and were very nice.

So I tried to edit a screen recording on my phone. On the Photos app I edited the vid to make it look nice, but when I selected it on this, it showed the screen recording without the prior edits, so essentially it was useless

I’d like to add another review solely for how responsive and kind the developers were. They reached out to me promptly and really showed that they care about their customers feedback and actually want to make a good app. Happy to support such thorough and thoughtful developers!

I’ve used VideoMaster for years, always loved it, never had a problem until a recent app glitch. I reported the problem, got a quick response, and the problem was fixed in just a couple days. The developers obviously care about the user experience, and it is greatly appreciated!

I like using VideoMaster because it can help you to clearly hear what’s on a recording, especially if you are a private detective or a person dealing with Fidelity. The only issue is it doesn’t say how to get rid of the static in the audio and there is a way to separate static from the person talking, but I don’t know how to do it using VideoMaster. I will write another review and let you know how they helped me when I contacted them for assistance on getting rid of the static in the audio. Look for a future review.

VideoSoundEditorVideoMaster works perfectly and simply. I am now able to take videos of the family and drastically make the sound quality better by removing unwanted background noise like cars and wind and boost the dialogue. Highly recommend it!!
