Tacos 4 Life Reviews

After ai write this review, I will be deleting Tacos4Life from my phone. This is not a review of the restaurant, which is good. Tacos4Life experience is fine for selecting your restaurant and selecting your order. The issue is with the checkout process. I have to log into Tacos4Life every time I use it. I have the password saved on my phone, but my phone does not link the password to Tacos4Life . For whatever reason, whenever you save the password to your phone, it does not save it as Tacos 4 Life, but some other vendor. I can never remember the name of the vendor. If I login, I have to go through the long process of resetting my password. If you check out as a guest, it requires you to fill out way too much info. Also, it does not pull credit card info from your Apple wallet or use Apple Pay, so you have to manually input the credit card information. Today when I was trying to order dinner from the gym to pick up on my way home, I did not have my credit card info readily available. Mixed with being unable to find the saved password on my phone, I wasted 15 minutes fooling with Tacos4Life before I decided to just go to the restaurant and order my food. Next time, I will just get dinner somewhere else if I want it to go.

Tacos4Life won’t even open anymore. Hasn’t since sometime in 2023. I get notifications, but I can’t open them. Everything is up to date on my end. My phone is a few years old, but really I hope you don’t expect me to buy a brand new phone to run Tacos4Life. I have quit eating there since I don’t get any of the rewards or deals.

These 5 star reviewers need to realize that this isn’t where you review the individual restaurant, but Tacos4Life . Ugh boomers. Anyway, Tacos4Life is a joke. Why can’t you keep me signed in? And why is it that you can save my card info, but I have to manually type in my vehicle EVERY TIME when I order curbside? Plenty of other restaurant apps have the ability to store this info. And the rewards system? Rarely ever works. I’ve lost rewards completely due to this incompetence. And it never connects with the store itself so I always have to still call in to tell them I’m here to pick up my order.

I love this restaurant. I eat here all the time. Lately I haven’t been able to even check into Tacos4Life . I sign in and the face recognition starts going off over and over. I’m good to delete it and try again, but this is a real disappointment.

The food is fantastic! Every time I’ve gone, it’s been delicious. I have had issues every time i’ve tried to use Tacos4Life . It took four attempts yesterday before I gave up and it took three attempts today to get my order submitted correctly.

Tacos4Life takes forever to load, and half the time, force closes, so you have to reopen at least 2-3 times. On top of that, you have to sign in EVERY SINGLE TIME. What’s the point in having a “remember me” option, when it never works???

Great food but Tacos4Life does not have Apple Pay as a feature. This would make ordering. And setting up and account so easy. Adding the basics Apple features would make the experience of using Tacos4Life way better

The last version was very user friendly! This version has too much to click through just to find your rewards. I loved the simplicity of the previous version. Take it back! Please!

We love the food and everything about the restaurant itself, but Tacos4Life won’t even open now. I’m glad they can look up my account at the register with my phone number since I can’t use Tacos4Life anymore.

I have not been able to go into Tacos4Life , I try to open Tacos4Life and it immediately kicks me out of it. I love this place but it makes it hard to keep coming back. I go to the website and it works sometimes but not always.

It seems like every time I go back into Tacos4Life, Tacos4Life has signed me out and there’s no facial recognition or anything to quickly sign in!! Please fix your app!
No complaints about the food!

So I can’t praise this restaurant enough, people state that it’s too expensive, but honestly if I go to Taco Bell, I can eat a box or two in one sitting, which really is not saving me much money not helpful with calories. This food is real food, two pork cortina’s will fill me up, totally 100% worth it.

Only thing I wish they were better on was whenever you get gift cards. I wish you could save them all on Tacos4Life , because everybody knows I love this place and now I’m going to get multiple gift cards and keeping track of them will be hard to do.

Needs more protective options for payment. Not comfortable putting in cc or debit information

I always mix it up the tacos but my favorite is the blackened mahi mahi taco. I highly suggest trying it. Along with there other tacos.

Nice app to order from home to pick up.

The food is always fresh. It taste delicious. The service is always great. And the concept of their sales are exemplary.

I love Tacos 4 Life, but the most recent update to Tacos4Life doesn’t work. Please update and fix the bugs.

This Franchise and this restaurant is simply a great place. Prices are very competitive food is much better than Taco Bell by far. All the staff is very friendly and eager to help. Taylor and her team are my go to for good food almost everyday. 💜 Matt

Tonya at the Cantrell location is so amazing. She always makes my lunchtime better.
