I like how PieologyPieLifeRewards allows you to keep track of your rewards and such but PieologyPieLifeRewards has way too many notifications. I just turned them off and I looked at all the news and the red notification button is still there. This has been a problem with PieologyPieLifeRewards ever since I've downloaded it a couple of years ago. Really frustrating.

Revision. I thought I turned off notifications on my iPhone 10 and every time I try to update my selection it takes me out of that edit profile and I cannot opt out of notifications. So infuriating. Please fix. I'm wanting to delete all together so I don't have to see useless notifications or no notifications.

I was filling out the order until I got to the point to select the time for pick up. The default was “immediately (estimate 15 mins), and there was another option with a drop down menu where you can select the date and time. I tried to select for the same day pick up but an hour later, it wouldn’t let me and kept giving me error message. It seems that I could only select “immediately” for pick up. I ended up deleting the order and went back online to place the order instead of using the phone app.

I ordered pizzas on PieologyPieLifeRewards from my local Pieology. PieologyPieLifeRewards moved my time to over an hour later. I tried to cancel the order, but PieologyPieLifeRewards told me that I needed to call the store. I called the store and was told that I had to cancel using PieologyPieLifeRewards . I drove into the store and there was nobody waiting. I ordered the pizzas there. I showed the manager what PieologyPieLifeRewards was doing and he couldn’t explain it. He gave me the pizzas that I paid for through PieologyPieLifeRewards and didn’t charge me again. PieologyPieLifeRewards looks cool, but you’re better off ordering over the phone or going in person instead of using PieologyPieLifeRewards .

I love pieology but I really don’t know what chance the las couple of time thst I have order my order it’s all wrong. I order last week 3 pizzas when I get there to pick up they open the boxes and one after the other wrong I end up leaving one and bring 2 home it was one one for the family and one for the kids I get home and serve the kids and my kid tells me this is burn I looked at it it was totally burn and the family pizza two of the slices were jus bread and cheese no toppings at all really really disappointed cuz I really like this place. I order online today and they forgot two of my topping management really needs to step out and really train those kids teach them to like what they do or get out it’s maddening to be waiting for ur food and get it wrong...

PieologyPieLifeRewards constantly has a 1 noted on it implying that there are notifications but when you open PieologyPieLifeRewards it refreshes and says there’s nothing available. I tried toggling off the notifications in the profile but when you click save and go back into it the notifications are still toggled to on. App developers you need to fix this!! I swear it’s like they get money by users opening PieologyPieLifeRewards so they make sure you open it as often as possible.

The food was great. However we ordered two thick crust pizza and got charged for such. But they gave us thin crust pizzas instead. When we were about to get the pizzas, we ordered ranch and were given 3 sides of ranch for “free” since the order got messed up. Also at check out I ordered one chocolate chip cookie and was told that if I got two i would pay $4. But instead got charged $5.59 for both. Unfortunately we didn’t look at the receipt until we got home. We don’t feel like calling or going back for the adjustment of the charges. It’s out of our way. The receipt says Sarah check#90 at 5:38pm at the Escondido location.

Today I opened PieologyPieLifeRewards and was logged out. I realize that PieologyPieLifeRewards had updated and after some unsuccessful log in attempts I tried resetting my password. However, I found that the external website pieology uses to reset the password is the same site that Rubio’s uses, so Keychain is now associating the password with Rubios. I don’t like that keychain isn’t recognizing within PieologyPieLifeRewards .

After finally logging in, I tried using PieologyPieLifeRewards to see my rewards but if I hit “home”, “order” or “account” nothing within PieologyPieLifeRewards changes. I have the same screen. I’m not sure if this is a bug but it made it really difficult to order today. I deleted PieologyPieLifeRewards and redownloaded it to see if this would correct the issue but i found the same results. I hope this gets fixed. I ended up just ordering within the store.

*side note, Pieology is not printing Qi codes on your receipt any more so if you forget to scan before you pay there’s no way to receive your rewards. I was frustrated about this*

I really miss the old interface. I love the way it displayed your rewards as a pizza pie and was upfront and center. I’m not even able to find my rewards at the moment. Apart from the fact that its not functioning for me to use and see my rewards or account, the ui feels sterile and less creative to me. I never have had issues with PieologyPieLifeRewards until today. I loved PieologyPieLifeRewards . I’m rooting for you Pieology! I hope this gets fixed. 🍕

I used to really like PieologyPieLifeRewards and we order using is frequently.

However, with the update, I was logged out and unable to log back in, which effectively lost my saved orders and rewards accumulated.

Plus, the update is extremely difficult to use. It’s excruciatingly slow/laggy and seems full of bugs. I’m really sad because while it appears they were trying to do a UI update, I liked the old UI far better and loved being able to easily access my rewards and favorite orders. This was definitely a miss for me.

PieologyPieLifeRewards used to work wonderfully. It would take a few seconds to load rewards or news, but orders would go through without a hitch.
Now when I place an order through PieologyPieLifeRewards , I end up having to phone it in. Especially if I have a coupon from the mail, I’ll get messages that say error validating basket or one that says to call the location to order...

So I gave them 4 stars because honestly I had to wait a very long time. The staff was friendly and apologetic, but I had been waiting in line and had been there quite some time. They were taking mobile orders that were just coming in before the people that had been waiting. Now I’m sure this is how Pieology intended it to run (not fair to customers waiting in line for 20 minutes) and due to covid I’m sure they are short staffed. Even though they were short staffed the employees worked hard to ensure we were taken care of however the wait time was ridiculous.

App is great and easy to use. The meat section is missing salami and would like to see a option to add salt and pepper to your pizza instead of having to type it in the special instructions. But overall great app and simple. The earn tab could be more useful with the list of rewards and the amount of points on account without having to navigate to the account tab then to rewards.

Sometimes the “makers” forget to place some of the toppings : ( Once the pizza was so very obviously burnt… but we didn’t know until we opened the box. My husband went back in and they made us a new one : ). I put my already selected after-bakes under special instructions now … because these are usually left off as well. In all honesty, I think the “makers” might be a little inexperienced when it comes to checking for “completeness” … Still, they’re pretty sweet customer service wise and you can’t beat that : ) Overall, quality and value are right up there. I really, really enjoy Pieology pizza.

Was here at Pieology ordering a pizza . There was a couple here and they didn’t have their face mask on properly and the cashier politely asked them if they could wear their mask the right way . After they finished taking the order they made sure they disinfected the countertops

I’ve been using PieologyPieLifeRewards for about a year now, and it’s been good, but recently I started to order through it, and whenever I want to add a drink to my pizza order, it doesn’t give me an option for the drinks and won’t let me add it. Just that, everything else is great 👍🏻.

This was our second time to your location and it was better than the first time. The pie makers suggestion came out awesomeness tasted spectacular! We loved it and hope she will be there the next time we go there cause I won’t remember what was in there.

Usually when doing custom orders on online food apps they make it super difficult to the point where you have to go in person to make sure they get it right. Pieology and their app made it super easy to order for me and my family and all the specialty needs! Absolutely love!

I love the creativity, I love the friendliness of the Staff, And I love the healthy choices that I can make when I walk in to create my pizza! I also love the way people remember my name and accommodate my every Request. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant because the moment you walk in you’re inspired by all the quotes on the wall! Incredible customer service! Our Door Dasher didn’t give us our receipt and refused to answer our polite request for a copy. So, we called the restaurant about an hour after our order was made and they were able and happily willing to look up our order receipt and email it to us. I am so incredibly impressed with their professionalism and commitment to customer service. Will definitely be returning to our spot on Douglas Blvd in Roseville CA!

Was so so happy to discover Pieology a couple of years ago.
Love the thin crust and picking out my favorite flavors for my personal pizza! I eat half the pizza and save half for later so for me it’s like two meals for ten bucks. Or I (might) share with a friend😁.
Today was herb butter, mixed white and red sauce, mozzarella, artichoke, cilantro, olives, and pepperoni. Talk about YUM. Also tried the cauliflower crust once and it was very good but not worth extra $.
Wish there was a Pieology in Dixon,CA. But then again I might regret my wish when my clothes get to tight 😁

I was given a reward cheese bread For signing up for PieologyPieLifeRewards. I applied for this on the day that I went. My reward came in several hours later and was only good for that day. Why would I drive all the way back on the same day just to get my free cheesy bread and when I came back in the next day it was not available for me to use. So basically, I signed up for PieologyPieLifeRewards and got ripped off my reward after I bought a pizza. Very disappointed!!!

PieologyPieLifeRewards literally never works for like 3 years! And now I know it’s not my phone cause it happened with my old phone. I’ve deleted PieologyPieLifeRewards multiple times. When I open PieologyPieLifeRewards it will either say “cannot connect to the server” or it just wont let me login no matter what even if I create a new account. I know it’s worked cause I’ve logged in before but than a few days later it logged me out

I used to love pieology in Tamuning, Guam but the more often we went, the more the service started slacking. It is ALWAYS dirty in the building and everything is sticky. We usually have to ask someone to clean the table and surrounding area for us to be able to sit and eat. With the amount of tourist that come through and traffic being brought in, tables should always be cleaned along with condiments, countertops, and the napkin holder. It’s ridiculous.

Twice now I have tried to redeem a reward through my app. The first time I paid for the item hoping they could fix it in store. They couldn’t so I was charged for my drink. Tonight I went in and tried to get the dessert pizza reward. I didn’t add it to my order because I got the same error. Instead I tried to add it in store and the lady said I couldn’t get the reward once my order was processed.

I love this place it’s an amazing place to go but I was recommend to get PieologyPieLifeRewards and so I did, I was told I was going to receive a free ooey gooey cheese bread within 24hrs. Those 24hrs have passed and yet I have not received it, I am upset because as soon as a loved one signed up she receive hers a couple hours later so I hope you are able to fix this problem of mine because I do love going to this place.

Ordered 2 pies in the store and 5 thru PieologyPieLifeRewards . None have shown on the rewards page as purchase points or in the history. Sent email contact with details and no response after more than a week. At least the ordering process worked and our pies were perfect and ready for pickup as promised. I wonder if the free pie will happen once I purchase 10?

Twice we’ve ordered take out and twice we didn’t get the cookie that was ordered and paid for. We have to remember now to ask for it to be put in or they’ll forget it. No apologies just refund offers. Not going to drive all the way back there to get cookies so just got refunds both times.

The pizzas and salads are very good. Service is lacking.

I love this place! The pizzas are the best (artisan thin)! The service is fast and friendly! My family loves it and I come by sometimes and just pick up for myself at lunch ... I always order an extra for later, to share or the next day!!!

Love this place! Great customer service and great food. My kiddos love it! I can get a little pricey but the quality makes it worth it! The best part about it is that they have gluten free crust (which most places don’t) so I can eat there too!

Excellent crust, good toppings, love that I can get exactly the toppings I want, great service, excellent value. Not always 100% consistent depending on who is working, but they always go the extra mile to make up for any thing that does not come out right.

Rewards on PieologyPieLifeRewards never work! Always says error whenever I try to use them. This has happened more than once.

This is my favorite place to eat and carry out pizza. Love the crust options and your pizza is custom. I don’t mind paying a little more for my very own custom pizza. My favorite pizza is the ciliflower crust. Morgan Hill Pieology sight is my go to and the service is great! They know me.. I’m ordering almost twice a week!
