The application is not flexible enough and not letting me transfer money to a different account out of Qcard and even when trying to transfer money between accounts with the same bank it’s giving limit exceeding! I know it’s a bank policy and not your problem as developer but I hope you forward the msg to them.
Regarding the application itself, please make it able to save information to avoid entering them every time. And QiServices could inform me that I am exceeding my limits or whatever banking restrictions before completing the whole process of receiving the passcode on my phone.
And finally please advice whoever holding the authorizations on the card to be responsive first and to give the authorization at least for the basic needs instead of taking the advantage of having the control and make it hard on the customer to get there money ..

App doesn’t work properly in iPhone 6 at ios 12 while adding your card to QiServices it requires camera for face identification but QiServices keeps telling “turn towards light” i have tried even morning in front of the son the same message keeps telling pls fix it

My problem is my card was approved but there is no card for me i didn’t know why
For many times and After along waiting time the call center employee asking me for my inquiry and take my info & give me date for response and fix the issue
then they never fix it and I repeat the call again and again & they reply with the same process
And still the problem not solve yet
When you go to the bank statement option it shows you only a certain month and you can’t look for the current state for the current month also if you want to download the statement you would have to download it for each month separately there is no option to download it all.
Ps never go to their service centre cuz there isn’t any service there!

My problem that i canot enter to my card and appear last activity befor 1 week while it should be appear just now and cannot refresh it

QiServices is not working and keep shutting down after I start it, fix it fast we have work and money related to QiServices and it’s being delayed because of this bug

You need to solve your call center/services problems, due to not calling back or giving any information, it’s been 3 months now since I requested my mastercard, and whenever I call they don’t listen till the end and act like they understood while they didn’t, takes them ages to answer, poor service, poor behavior.

There are a lot of bugs in it. When a large number of users connect to it, the program literally stops working. This is due to the failure of the company that manufactured the program and the servers that cannot handle this number, which is what the program makers are expected to expect.

I got (( Qi visa green credit card )) at the middle of July, but unfortunately it was not working, call 422 more than once time. they told me to waiting for few days because they know this issue & they will solve it soon but the card still not working for online shopping to right now.
Also they didn’t accept to replace my credit card to other one works for online shopping.
I have used QiServices for a while but now it says ( cannot connect to the service ). QiServices is full of glitches and bugs and needs many improvements. Please update QiServices and fix these problems as soon as possible.
When i try to open it on 4G network it won’t work it shows no network and fail to connect
Unlees i open it on wifi and sometimes it crash suddenly so please take that in mind ..
The master card account contain a letter but when trying to add the card the keypad does not contain letters only numbers so the card cannot be added.

Overall QiServices is great I love it, but it will be greater if it supports the Kurdish language. Because I am Kurdish and sometimes I don't get or understand the words my also Arabic is not that good.
So it would be great and appreciated if QiServices gets the Kurdish language 🌟🔥.

There is a problem in the last update specifically after complete entering information faced an alarm letter that impossible connect with service.
I love QiServices it’s very intuitive, but i really want the ability to chose the UI mode and black mode is my favorite in all apps
So my card got blocked, and there’s no choice to unblock it, and when I click on the block choice, it says i have to unblock my card before blocking it, so I'm confused?

It’s very bad app! It restart the mobile when you try to open QiServices ! They told me update QiServices even it was the last version! And same problem. The staff not cooperative at all, they ask the same questions even I told them all about the problem with pictures too but they couldn’t give me any solution!!! One star too much for QiServices! It should get 0 stars.
Very good app. Easily to be used, it gives you all what you need to know about your account, I think it deserve a five stars
if you add arabic language, it would be more useful for those who can't read and write or understand english language.
