The application is not flexible enough and not letting me transfer money to a different account out of Qcard and even when trying to transfer money between accounts with the same bank it’s giving limit exceeding! I know it’s a bank policy and not your problem as developer but I hope you forward the msg to them.
Regarding the application itself, please make it able to save information to avoid entering them every time. And QiServices could inform me that I am exceeding my limits or whatever banking restrictions before completing the whole process of receiving the passcode on my phone.
And finally please advice whoever holding the authorizations on the card to be responsive first and to give the authorization at least for the basic needs instead of taking the advantage of having the control and make it hard on the customer to get there money ..

It’s very bad app! It restart the mobile when you try to open QiServices ! They told me update QiServices even it was the last version! And same problem. The staff not cooperative at all, they ask the same questions even I told them all about the problem with pictures too but they couldn’t give me any solution!!! One star too much for QiServices! It should get 0 stars.

There is a problem in the last update specifically after complete entering information faced an alarm letter that impossible connect with service.

I’ve I phone 6 plus,I downloaded the Qi services and it doesn’t work and when I try to open QiServices ,it closes by itself,please update it and bug fix it

I like how the developers keep updating and improving. The are invested in it.

I have used QiServices for a while but now it says ( cannot connect to the service ). QiServices is full of glitches and bugs and needs many improvements. Please update QiServices and fix these problems as soon as possible.

The last update 4.7.8 also still doesn’t work correctly on IOS 12.5.6, when trying to open QiServices it rapidly shut down automatically , ARE YOU CRAZY BABE ! 🤔
NOTE: The last working version 4.6.9 was running correctly on IOS 12.5.6 but all updates after that version doesn’t work OMG!!

if you add arabic language, it would be more useful for those who can't read and write or understand english language.

Is it possible to add the feature of deleting a card Because I have two cards in the account and I cannot delete one I contacted the company and did not get an answer I hope developers enable this feature Thank you

Every time I open it, it crashes.
I haven’t seen my account balance since three months, whenever I want I have to ask my brother who uses a different device to look at it.

QiServices is not working and keep shutting down after I start it, fix it fast we have work and money related to QiServices and it’s being delayed because of this bug

The program has many problems that must be addressed. The program does not open when downloaded, and I put a star only for the purpose of commenting

The master card account contain a letter but when trying to add the card the keypad does not contain letters only numbers so the card cannot be added.
Please update.

It’s been 2 days making an account in QiServices and no photo verification has been accepted,
I hope the company costumers see my photo and verify my account.

When you go to the bank statement option it shows you only a certain month and you can’t look for the current state for the current month also if you want to download the statement you would have to download it for each month separately there is no option to download it all.

Ps never go to their service centre cuz there isn’t any service there!

For many times and After along waiting time the call center employee asking me for my inquiry and take my info & give me date for response and fix the issue
then they never fix it and I repeat the call again and again & they reply with the same process
And still the problem not solve yet

I have a serious problem in transferring money to zain iq for credit recharging
No otp message is sent to my number and I cannot complete the transection
I contacted both qi and zain but with no real solution.

A smooth and easy-to-use application that I don't have any problem or difficulty using it.

App doesn’t work properly in iPhone 6 at ios 12 while adding your card to QiServices it requires camera for face identification but QiServices keeps telling “turn towards light” i have tried even morning in front of the son the same message keeps telling pls fix it

QiServices work very well and easy but recently I have issue ask me to update and I had version 4.15.3 and is the same on Apple Store but i still gat error message to update. Please fix or update

This application is very useful, I hope everyone will download and use it, its fast and appropriate
I wish if they add more options and more items to purchase directly from QiServices
Overall experience is good

application that lacks several things, including but not limited to 1- It is not possible to delete the old notifications 2- There is no notification sound for the alarm 3- You must add a multi-tasking setting setting from deletion and adding, and turn on and silence the alarm sound, note that there is no alarm sound currently 4- Work to make the application interface more beautiful

Why am I asked to change the password?!! However, when I tried to change the password, a message appeared to me saying that if I change the password, all my data will be deleted, which means starting from scratch!!!! This is a ridiculous and failed application.

A week ago, my application was suspended after it was working well, but the latest updates have stopped the application and it appears to me. You are not connected to the Internet or make sure of your connection from the service provider, knowing that my service is good and works well on all programs and phone in general. My device is iPhone 11. I deleted the application and downloaded it and tried more than once, but without it.

Overall QiServices is great I love it, but it will be greater if it supports the Kurdish language. Because I am Kurdish and sometimes I don't get or understand the words my also Arabic is not that good.

So it would be great and appreciated if QiServices gets the Kurdish language 🌟🔥.

When i try to open it on 4G network it won’t work it shows no network and fail to connect
Unlees i open it on wifi and sometimes it crash suddenly so please take that in mind ..

You need to solve your call center/services problems, due to not calling back or giving any information, it’s been 3 months now since I requested my mastercard, and whenever I call they don’t listen till the end and act like they understood while they didn’t, takes them ages to answer, poor service, poor behavior.
خدمة عملاء فاشلة، وعود كاذبه، قبل ثلاث اشهر طلبت الماستر كارد ولحد الآن لايوجد جواب، وكل ما اتصل يوجد تأخير كبير في الرد و لايسمحون للعميل بان يتم كلامه، ولا يعاودوا الاتصال.

This is an important application for Mastercard holders, but the verification process is not stable and full with bugs and glitches, it is not working properly, I have tried many time to let QiServices to take a verification photo several times and then scan my ID and filled the informations , but nothing happened, please fix these bugs.

1 star is too much for QiServices

There are a lot of bugs in it. When a large number of users connect to it, the program literally stops working. This is due to the failure of the company that manufactured the program and the servers that cannot handle this number, which is what the program makers are expected to expect.
