The application is unable to detect my face while taking a photo “selfie” to confirm my identity. I’ve restarted my phone twice, balanced room light but the problem remains unfixable. You are kindly requested to inform me with a solution for this issue so i could avoid any penalties. Regards

My iPhone performed an update of Kuwait yesterday. After the update my Visa expiry now shows my status with my old expiry date which is expired.

Fix this error communicating with server problem every time how to stay up to date when the developers won’t even update Kuwait

after the installation of Kuwait on iphone 12 pro max , while trying startup Kuwait in the splash screen give me this message “ Error happened while communicating with the server “ .
and the registration screen or option is not found .

It’s not opening on my iPhone XS Max I tried several times to download when I launch it closes immediately please fix this for iOS phones and tablets thanks

I do not recommend Kuwait at all. Just go with physical id instead.
Kuwait should be only on a separate cellphone not a phone people usually use.

using ios 14, Kuwait crashes everytime i open it even with the latest update

There is a problem with the IOS 14 as the application is not opening at all.

The enrollment process was extremely fast and simple. Kuwait is very user friendly.

Very nice and easy to use.
I enrolled for my self within 3 minutes and i got my digital ID on my phone.
