I have an iPhone 7 and an Xbox Backbone controller. Everytime I connect my phone to the controller and try to start Backbone, either nothing happens, or I get to the welcome to backbone screen and it says press A and I do but nothing happens, or I get all the way to the sign in screen and I use Apple ID fingerprint to sign in and then it crashes immediately. That’s the extent of what I’ve been able to do with backbone, I haven’t been able to see any games or settings options or anything.

Every 10 seconds start broadcast screen pops up interrupting game play, I’ve update the iPhone and deleted and reinstalled app still shows up. How do I fix this? I even having problems with mlb the show selection menu. Like it’s hanging while I’m scrolling down, I’ve run test on controls came back good. I need help

1. On android, goto Settings » Backbone — Next-Level Play » click [Force Stop]

Update Backbone — Next-Level Play to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Backbone — Next-Level Play App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Backbone — Next-Level Play » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Backbone — Next-Level Play.

Fix Backbone — Next-Level Play unable to contact server/ Backbone — Next-Level Play internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Backbone — Next-Level Play » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Backbone — Next-Level Play » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Backbone — Next-Level Play
