Unable to change Roles within user IPhone 12

I lost all my portlets on the dashboard tab once the update happened. All admin access settings are correct. What happened this app???

As with everything designed by this app, the user interface is almost unusable and you’ll need to hire a professional developer for a lot of money to make NetSuite a little user friendly... classic this app move. For such a big company, you would think they would hire a design team that could actually make their product easy to use. For the cost of integrating with this app I would hope for a better mobile app. This is a lazy attempt and is pretty much useless. The only thing it manages to do is let you glance at a few report snapshots which I guess is useful. Try to do anything and you’ll find you’re better off on your computer.

There is no way to get the numbers from your reminders to show without clicking on them, I tried turning the screen and I see the fist number and dots, it that 300 or 3,000. I was truly hoping to at least get those snapshots. I was also hoping to be able to have a couple save search results visible on the home screen.

The photo preview doesn’t match the actual photo after taking a picture for an expense report. For example, I receive a receipt in my email and decide to take a picture of my screen to quickly capture the receipt. I take the photo to make sure it’s in focus, after confirming the photo if I go back and look at it the photo is completely out of focus. Didn’t happen until I updated my iOS and updated NetSuite . I’m wondering if it has to do with the “live” photos feature? Whatever it is needs to be fixed. Thanks.

The company I work for brought this in to our existing busy work life to help us streamline out time cards and help us with better time management. NetSuite is clunky there is no way to forward time for the next day without reentering all the stupid information again. Currently NetSuite won’t let me edit anything so I have to delete the entry and start over to fix one thing. All in all our paper time cards were easier quicker and caused less stress. Don’t get NetSuite unless you want to wast time and money!!

I can no longer use NetSuite for literally the only thing it was good for, entering employee expenses from my phone (taking photos of receipts on the go was a gift). I can get over how cumbersome it is, but not being physically incapable of filling in expenses in an expense report. Please QA your app, because I don’t have time to do it for you. I’m sure you will discover the flaws if you are more thorough. Off to import my photos from my phone to my laptop to upload them to each row in my expense report again. Thanks.

I love that I am able to log my activity while I’m on the road. I am able to look up my important contacts to either call or email with a couple touches. If I need more functionality I just log in through Safari.

I really appreciate the ability to get a quick glance at my KPI‘s, and create tasks and make edits to transactions when needed.

For some reason I can’t Save changes to Cases which is frustrating. Otherwise 5 stars.

With the new update NetSuite shuts down when trying to enter employee expenses. This just started with this version and is impacting multiple users throughout our company.

NetSuite is constantly shutting down and doesn’t provide any recourse for employees facing app issues. For example, a password change was required, and after changing my password, NetSuite will not let me log in-this is after deleting and re-installing, checking for updates, and being able to log in online. Would not recommend to anyone.

Recently added this app to our company and like everything they produce NetSuite is extremely cumbersome, clunky and does nothing well. this app is advertised as a whole business solution. It is not. Please focus on the CRM side of this system and make it sales orientated on the mobile app. This is the worst CRM experience on a mobile phone.

I thought I can organize calls and come to find out that more than half of the things don’t work. I finally had enough and deleted NetSuite . My company should have never signed up for net suite because sale force is much better.

NetSuite has limited functionality. The menus are different than what you will be used to on a normal desktop. Like many other things done by this app…you will more than likely need to put an enhancement request in that will never go anywhere. For half a million a year…you still get nickel and dime to death.

Search function doesn’t appear to be global
UI is to different from desktop UI
Lots of wasted time looking for normal tasks

For such an outrageously expensive ERP, it’s surprisingly bad. Much of the CRM and transactional records are not fully functional and lead to dead ends without even redirecting to the browser for web access.

It’s actually almost unusable unless the User is interested in finding a customer telephone number or approving an expense report.

It’s that bad.

On the website, you can submit an entire week. With NetSuite , there is only an option to submit time for that day. Please update NetSuite so that time entries can be submitted daily, or weekly basis.

The new update is causing errors and will no longer let me submit my expense report. It keeps telling me to fill in fields that are already filled. Do not update

Glitchy, clunky, not user friendly, in every way a disappointment.

Literally the only thing I need this for is paystub access which isn’t available on NetSuite .

I can log into this app through a browser, yet NetSuite tells me “Access has been disabled for this role”, and I am an Administrator!

NetSuite is totally useless

Congratulations! Worst app evar. Very slow, cumbersome, and anti- intuitive.

Terrible will not allow me to log in keeps jumping for 6 digit code entering screen to go to app store screen. Pathetic that a Fortune 500 company allows trash like this.
