I really don’t need to reregister the mobile device if I waiter more than 24 hours to log in. I’ve seen this on multiple devices and reported via account manager, but it doesn’t appear to be making it to the Dev team. When it does reregister, I don’t need a notification of a ‘new device’ when the device has been previously registered.
Additionally, while trying to interact with an incident, reference links were provided in comments by analyst, and while I understand the value in it making them clickable, preventing me from selecting and copying text out of the incident makes TrustwaveFusion pretty much useless.
TrustwaveFusion works great for monitoring tickets and assets. Unfortunately TrustwaveFusion has trouble remembering the user info. When TrustwaveFusion is forced closed or closed after a few hours, you have to login again and run through TrustwaveFusion setup again.
