- The app does not provide a way to work more efficiently with contacts than the stock Phone and Contacts app, especially for users who heavily use 3D Touch.

- The app presents a pop-up message to cancel or call the number for that contact instead of dialing the number immediately when the user taps on a contact's shortcut menu.
