To resolve Contacts+ | Address Book network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Contacts+ | Address Book App
1. On android, goto Settings » Contacts+ | Address Book » click [Force Stop]

Clear Contacts+ | Address Book App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Contacts+ | Address Book » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Contacts+ | Address Book.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Contacts+ | Address Book » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Contacts+ | Address Book » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Contacts+ | Address Book
