Hey, when I try to login using the app, it freezes after after I put in the code sent via sms. Like there is no way to say submit it next. It just stays on that screen. I can send you a screenshot, if you like.

Close and restart the Constant Contact app on iPhone
Update Constant Contact app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Constant Contact iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Constant Contact on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Constant Contact network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Constant Contact not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Constant Contact App
1. On android, goto Settings » Constant Contact » click [Force Stop]

Update Constant Contact to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Constant Contact App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Constant Contact » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Constant Contact.

Fix Constant Contact unable to contact server/ Constant Contact internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Constant Contact » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]

Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
