Relying on taking the bus is a hassle in itself, to have to rely on this app on top of that is nearly impossible. Can you please just have the live map and routes even show up atleast half the time? This app is booty. Im honestly surprised that this has been developed and then redeveloped into a “better” app that is this. Sheeeeesh.
Update: 2 years later this app is still so bad. If students helped build this app they should not get degrees. Take your keyboard and smash it.
Dont have six trips shown as “future” trips when you only show one trip of times when you rotate through them.

Hardly ever updates bus positions in real time, buses consistently show up minutes early from projected time, when waiting for the next bus cause you missed the one that came early you won’t know that the next bus is going to be extra late until you’ve already waited 15 minutes expecting for that later bus to come then. Annoying to use, somewhat helpful to know approximate times, hence the 1 star.
Unreliable, very sloppy

This app operates as if it was made by children. Most of the times I open the app, none of the routes show up as active. I’m better off using google maps which is almost equally unreliable. From an institution such as Virginia Tech, this is embarrassing. It’s ridiculous that such an integral aspect of transportation on campus is almost unusable because of the shortcuts taken in developing this app.
