How to fix Lexis app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lexis app on iPhone
Update Lexis app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lexis iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lexis on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lexis network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lexis Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lexis not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lexis App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lexis » click [Force Stop]

Update Lexis to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lexis App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lexis » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lexis.

Fix Lexis unable to contact server/ Lexis internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lexis » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lexis » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
