App doesn’t update my toll transactions or responder balance.

Application is broken won’t open after multiple downloads either fix it or delete it from your System😡

App charges 99 cents per transaction. Just go through Safari to the official E-ZPass VA website and save yourself a dollar per.

This is not an official app and not run by the department of transportation. EZTollsVA charges a fee if you try to use EZTollsVA to make a payment. Deceptive.

Couldn’t get EZTollsVA to link to my account and called VA E-Z Pass — they said they do not have any apps and do not support this. I don’t know if it’s a scam or what’s going on then but caveat emptor.

So I almost didn’t see if at first but they charge a $0.99 processing fee for using EZTollsVA to add money on your account but it is free to add money on the site. Don’t give them any extra money just for using EZTollsVA

Changed pmt card on EZ Pass website months ago. Still shows old (now invalid) card in EZTollsVA. Won’t update. This makes EZTollsVA basically useless.

EZTollsVA works fine but we really need a banner the pops down when we go through a toll. I am a contractor and that would be a huge help especially for budgeting and tax’s.

I’m getting toll date and balance updates in mid-July when I made the trip in early June. Developers aren’t getting ezPass information for almost 45 days? That seems sketchy.

I just received an email from the State of Virginia EZ-Pass representative that said they have no mobile app because their website is “phone-friendly”. I had to dump EZTollsVA because of sign-on issues. They also charge $0.99 to pay your bill, and it is FREE on the REAL EZ-Pass Website! Sounds like a scam to me.

EZTollsVA is good for seeing each transaction amount for each transponder, and on the date charged. Rather than transponder number, though, it should list the car name / type entered for each car. Also user is unable to see time and location of the toll, which would help with users who expense tolls.

Giving 3 stars only because you charge $.99 to maintain EZTollsVA . I rather pay online

Great app but…activity filter by transponder doesn’t work (selected transponders show zero activity when there was activity). Also, would be great if you could export the data and/or mark if toll was for a business purpose.

EZTollsVA is clean and seems to work well against the Api. Not sure what’s in it for the developer so I’ll say thank you for providing this for free. Appreciate that.

I will note that the filtering doesn’t work against the toll tag when looking at the history.

EZTollsVA is a good start, but I wouldn’t say that it’s the b-all end-all.

Good app in recent months. Now updates regularly just after a charge. However, I have multiple transponders for my cars, and wish there was a way to get a banner notification when the toll is charged. That would give you guys another star. Also, maybe a bit less functional and a little more fun in you design might help.

This is a good app and it’s clean and simple. My only problem is the it doesn't use Touch ID to login. So basically you can’t be driving and check your balance real quick before getting on the Highway. You have to type the password I every time and some of us have long and complex passwords so it takes a minute to successfully login.

Please, add Touch ID.

Only feature I’d request is a way to switch between accounts. Nothing wrong with EZTollsVA ’s functionality; very convenient!
