No help from them

I was actually enjoying InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp. Then one day I logged out and tried to log back in and lost all my invoices. I have tirelessly emailed their support ( the only way to contact the by the way)and have not received any responses from them. This is so frustrating because now I’ve lost all my information and all the invoices I’ve created. InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp started me all over again. Cannot believe and I haven’t even gotten a “we are working on it” email from them. I guess I’ll have to cancel my subscription and go onto a different more reliable app.

Nothing but trouble

We purchased the lifetime membership for unlimited use. We were charged for the yearly AND the lifetime. Our app shows we have the yearly. Then; when marking invoices paid it deleted the items from 3 of them. We re entered the info and now it will not save them. We get the thinking circle and nothing happened. We have reached out for refund of at least one of the subscriptions and also help with the garbage glitches and nothing. Don’t waste your lonely. What seems like the perfect solution is a joke! Such a shame. The invoices and ease were beautiful. But the glitches cause more work and more problems than necessary. Garbage app.

Terrible

They have redone InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp and it is TERRIBLE. it is not user friendly, and I have lost my invoices now 2 times due to InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp not syncing and saving my data. Contacting support is a lost cause as well; I had a specific error that said “contact support-do not log out or reinstall InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp ” and support asked me to log out and then reinstall InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp if problem is not resolved. Let’s just say, their “support” caused me to lose invoices. Unfortunately I paid a lifetime subscription and is money down the drain. Have switched to a different app and am MUCH happier!

DATA LOST

I use invoice maker from last 3 years approx,
And I still have 9more more month subscription,
But last month my I phone 11 damage, and I buy & install in new devices iphone12, I try to contact too many times no reply, finally I received the email from them password reset link, but when I login it’s don’t show my last 2 years invoices & when I will try to make a new in invoice it’s show to buy new subscription page, when I seen in my Apple ID it’s still active till December 2021, I send so many email to help buy not good response, I am very disappointed, I lost my data & money even I don’t remember how much money my Customers owed me,

Great app but dislike the subscription

I’ve been using the invoice maker app for a few years and purchased the one time fee. Worked great for the time I used it! Then this new version came out but as a subscription service and not a one time fee. The old app was taken off InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp Store and now I can’t continue using InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp because it wants me to subscribe to it. It’s a shame that it’s a subscription service now and for those who purchased the one time fee option, it does not transfer to the new app at all. Also sad that the old version of InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp was completely removed and can’t be used anymore. I guess I’ll find another app to continue making invoices on.

Cheaper alternative to other but has flaws.

Recently ran into issues where addresses weren’t able to be added and shipping costs couldn’t be added either. I’ve since then bought a new phone and was logged out and there isn’t an option to recover my password anywhere within InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp to my knowledge. When it works it, works well. When it doesn’t you’ll look unprofessional.

UPDATE:
So after Customer service responded here I realized I was still able to open the original app and continue working, which was a relief. Not sure why this didn’t happen initially… I am still trying to migrate to the new version but when I hit restore, nothing happens, my info or subscription doesn’t transfer over. Maybe there’s something I’m doing or not doing, not sure. I’m happy about the original anyways, I’m able to make estimates and invoices quickly and on the go.

Overall a good app

Good layout and relatively user friendly. Once you learn InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp you can zip right thru it. Dates can be tricky at times, as it seems to not recognize my time zone so I have to play around and trick InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp to print the correct date I wish.
At times app can be slow to respond; sometimes have to close it and reopen…. But information is never lost.
Been using it for 2 years now with no real complaints, just a few quirks that could be ironed out to give it a 5 rating.

Simple easy user friendly

Very simple to use. I use it in the automotive industry, the only thing I wish it had is a search feature for past invoices by client and a line item with the client to add a sub category , for me it would be a vehicle model , miles etc Also when I include my PayPal link it is not “Clickable”

For now I just add vehicle info to the notes.
Feedback from customers is a professional appearance and detailed notes.

Is this app no longer free?

I’ve been using InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp for about 6 months now, and have been loving it. Now when I go to create an invoice it won’t allow me to, unless I join the subscription services. So I’m guess InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp is no longer free. Which is a bummer. Just want to give everyone a heads up

Hit or Miss

InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp either works great or it’s completely glitchy and won’t send out any invoices or estimates. It’s constantly telling me “Something went wrong” and after hitting “retry” about 20x SOMETIMES it sends them. Hope this issue is fixed or else I’m gonna have to take my business else where.

very user friendly! if u want everything simple and in one place InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp is great. quick and easy. take payments easily! itemized professional layout. zero confusion it helps me stay organized so i dont have to spend lots of time making invoices in the evenings, thus I spend more time with family. get it!

My Go To

This is my tried and true and my always go to app when creating and sending invoices. It allows you to track the money and send the invoices all in one easy to use place. I love the UI, it’s very attractive and intuitive to use. They make it incredibly easy to follow the step by step process and make professional invoices.

I paid $7.99 for an absolutely useless piece of crap app a few days ago. I should have done my research and look at InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp before I wasted my money but you live and learn. This is a beautiful use of technology and it has made my small business look so professional. I am really happy.

After the update in charged me again.

I got charged $16 for updating on Oct. 28th then it said I had to update again today November 19th and got charged another $10. Am I gonna get charged both times every month? What happens here? How to I get ahold of the owner/developer?

Love the app

I love InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp but would like it if there was a way to show payments that I make for services if possible. Also, I keep getting notifications that there are updates but I never see a way to update it, does it update automatically? If so, awesome. All in all, I thoroughly love InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp.

Having a little trouble with stripe

A customer used the pay online option with strip through InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp and I haven’t received my payment and there is no one I can call very annoying

Nice app

I like InvoiceMakerTheEstimateApp however I am not seeing how I can mark the payments as “paid” there is no button that allows me to do so and I’ve hit the three dots in the right hand corner but it only allows me to delete it not mark it as paid.
