- The app charges a year upfront for the subscription once the free trial is up

- The app will lock the user out behind a paywall after a while

- The user has to log in again every time they open the app, even if they log in with their Pzizz account

- The user would have liked to know upfront that a subscription is required to continue using the app

To resolve Soundly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Soundly App
1. On android, goto Settings » Soundly » click [Force Stop]

Clear Soundly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Soundly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Soundly.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Soundly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Soundly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Soundly
