Borre y descargue la aplicación nuevamente. Todavía no me permite acceso. Hay un tema de compatibilidad con iphones/apple. Se agradece resolver sino inútil.
Hay una nueva versión??

Esta aplicación deja mucho que desear. Muy poco productiva. Cada vez que se abre dice qué hay una nueva versión y cae en un loop entre la app y la App Store en este caso utilizando desde un iPhone XR. Hay q cerrar la app y comenzar de nuevo.
Lo más patético es que cada intento de ingresar al banco via la app pide un código enviado a un SMS. Fatal!
No hay como pagar servicios. La app se queda guindada.
Ni hablar de mercantil empresas. Peor aún!

La autenticación biométrica no se almacena como en la app de Tpago, hay que estar colocando cada vez que se cierra la sesión nuevamente la contraseña y el usuario.
