Always an Issue

It never fails. Nearly every single time I use this app to enter there is an issue or a glitch. Not to mention the expense it costs to use all the features of this app. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I told a friend the other day I was about to not to enter another barrel race that used NextGen for entries. I ended up entering another barrel race, and again there was an issue. So frustrating. It’s fine for entering anything you don’t have to pay for such as a rodeo where you pay fees on site, but this app has cost me an excessive amount of time from having to call customer service in addition to unnecessary extra fees. I’m over it.
Most glitchy app I’ve ever seen

One second it shows you events to enter next second it says no results no matter what you type, pretty much useless to download
Notification button STILL don’t work!

I haven’t had to use the app in almost a year and today I had to …unfortunate for me. I found out how lacking nextgen still is…. I can’t believe the notification button still does not work. The most awful app that barrel racers have to use to enter some of their events. Producers requiring this app should have to pay the contestants to use it.
