The activation automatically sends a text message to an unknown number to verify if mobile is registered. This is very poor design.
The app should prompt for login with customer id/password and send sms to registered mobile just like in internet login to verify mobile via SMS sent after login.
The app should also allow FaceID login on iPhones after SMS verification is complete using an option to toggle FaceID login.

App architect should learn app experience from other banking services apps. This app design is pathetic, not sure who approved this non sense design. Specially for NRI customers, all restrictions. Like can’t use without sim, imps does not support, why sim is mandatory for registration and post registration? Wifi should be more than sufficient. Hope developers read this and improve user experience. Thanks you.

This is one of the worst banking app ever. Firstly, after the update it forced for doing KYC with branch again. After that, it keeps on failing with network connectivity issues all the times. Even the feedback can’t be submitted from the app as even that is not working. Not sure if any effort is made in doing user/ device testing before rolling out new version updates.
