I’ve been sold on downloading the this app app to collect rewards for our practice for a promotion through Safilo/Kate Spade eyewear. Two months later my request is still pending on ENDVR for Kate Spade, I’ve sold a bunch of frames from the brand because of the promotion yet haven’t been able to upload my sales receipts for August and September and now the promo is over. Our Kate Spade rep has terrible communication skills as I’ve reached out to her regarding this app and have not heard back at all. What a waste of time.

ENDVR is so buggy and awful to use. To begin with the sign in process is terrible. It logs you out after most every use and there is zero compatibility for using a password manager. Real secure these guys are being.

Then if you do manage to get into ENDVR you’ll notice all the (very few) brand campaigns are riddled with mistakes and false information. I emailed about one issue that was resolved, but everything else I’ve reached out about falls on deaf ears.

Clearly the founders are just out to make a buck off of unsuspecting brands who don’t know how to use Expert Voice or Outdoor Prolink like a big league brand.

I won over 300 in cash and multiple free Snowboards and Skis! Really easy and user friendly. Just make those bug sales and use the in app cam for receipts and sales logging and it does everything for you. With real time leaderboards for competitions. Upon winning awards this app makes it so simple. Use their in app layout and get your hard earned rewards. Super sick and fun, makes life a whole lot easier. My one and only downside is that they need more brands. There are some brands we carry and others that we don’t, making a bigger broad of companies and categories will create a big difference in fun.

Training videos mixed in with current sales contest. Too much scrolling to find the brands. You can’t just go to current sales contest to put in daily receipts. Needs to be quick and easy like MDV App or the old Nsiderlounge site. Lose interest in sales contests when it’s too much of PITA like current this app.

I had a few questions with some of my submissions after one of the promotions ended and they answered very quickly and provided me with everything I needed. This is a great app for businesses that offers extra incentives that wouldn’t be available without them. I recommend to get signed up to all my coworkers and anyone that is eligible as it has made my experience at my company a lot more enjoyable knowing that the rewards aren’t just limited to what my boss/owner’s offer! Joined as soon as I got my first retail job have been on ENDVR since. Makes work fun and keep you focused on what your selling. Super neat as well because they teach you about the products and give you rewards for sales. Fast response team as well and all around cool looking app with sick features!

Fantastic site! The discounts and cash earning options along with quiz taking really increases the desire to sell products as well as actually learn some things along the way about the products you’re selling.

Great app to use for brand-awareness while working in retail. I was having trouble getting my account approved but as soon as I messaged this app about it, they were able to resolve it within minutes. Great customer service!

The customer service is always so helpful if there’s a problem or a rejection from a submission . They go over and above to help resolve and satisfy their customers ! Would recommend if your an optical shop or drs office ! Great customer service and app !

ENDVR is amazing. At first I was a lil skeptical bc I didn’t know ENDVR was real. My boss told me about a Nixon watches contest and that for every watch sold I’d get $5 plus was participating for 3 free watches. Long story short, I sold over 30 watches got my 3 free plus $155 directly to my PayPal. This Christmas was honestly the best.

This is a great app that consolidates multiple vendors under one platform for sales staff to use. Easy to use, pays out cash and other incentives if you just take the time to upload the sales. It is a shame that not all vendors are creating inventive promotions. I’m sure they are loosing sales In the stores as a result. Lastly, kudos to the customer service at this app. Very responsive!

ENDVR is a wonderful way to learn about gear, get access to deals on products, and to make a little extra money on the things you sell in your shop.

The user interface is set up seamlessly and has good ease of access.

I normally don’t leave reviews but Joy was not only the best customer support help I’ve ever had but also the quickest! I had a few issues with my account and sub mission and she helped me fix it amazingly fast even though it was late at night. ENDVR is very user friendly and I hope more brands join soon! Honestly is a genius idea for an app and it’s nice to have some extra fun/lunch money earned from parts or apparel I would be selling everyday anyway

I’m still working on setting up ENDVR for my store, and have had some questions along the way. Arianna has been extremely helpful via chat. I’ve used some of the features, and all have worked great so far to provide education and incentives for the brands we carry.

I won a sales contest with my prey employer and was not able to get in touch with the team that sponsored the contest. Mike on the Support team was able to help me out and get in touch with the brand so I was ultimately able to get the gear that I had won. If it wasn’t for Mike and his team I would not have been able to get my gear. Thanks for all you guys do!

Love the updated this app app this year. Click “New Submission” for item sold download the receipt and your done. Within a day u see your $ reward in your this app account. This is how you motivate a ski shop sales person - immediate gratification!!

There is another direct ski/boot brand app that I use that takes weeks for sales to be approved and that’s only after I hound our rep for status reports. Upsetting result vs motivating.

Also, I hope more brands run sales incentives with monetary ($) rewards vs merchandise discounts thru the this app app. My shop is not commission based so the extra $ rewards is appreciated.

I have been lucky enough to be involved with this app since its beginning. The array of products that they represent is vast. The biggest bonus is that the staff of this app are always there to answer your questions or help you figure things out. They are responsive 24/7 to help you if it is necessary. I can’t recommend enough joining this wonderful company as they support you and the companies whose products you sell.

I had a fantastic experience working with Joy from the customer service team at this app. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. Joy was able to answer all of my questions quickly and took care of everything I needed without any hassle. Her professionalism and kindness made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I personally have been using ENDVR for just 2 years but the work that gets put into ENDVR and the people who help make it function and even the service center is truly incredible. There people are awesome! I was helped by Kirk who was an incredible service person who helped me navigate through a problem that occurred on my end. I highly recommend ENDVR to anyone who applies for it. 11/10 app and service!
