1- App gives incorrect readings, 3 times more than the actual
2- will jot communicate with payment methods / banks
3- late in reflecting the issues bill by 2-3 weeks
4- do not use app nor online payments

Why this app don’t work in USA? It would be nice to have the developer make work any where, so customers can monitor and pay their utility bill
