App Does bot work properly

1- App gives incorrect readings, 3 times more than the actual
2- will jot communicate with payment methods / banks
3- late in reflecting the issues bill by 2-3 weeks
4- do not use app nor online payments

4 months so far and the App does not work

Why JEPCOCustomerServices don’t work in USA? It would be nice to have the developer make work any where, so customers can monitor and pay their utility bill

Electric company knows it does not work on iPhone, yet they keep telling us to watch a video that is no longer available and keep sending messages to update. My Xs iPhone is updated and so is JEPCOCustomerServices . it is NOT WORKING.

App crashes when meter self-reading after adding the 3rd sub account.

Inability to delete a sub account

How can I delete a sub account that was entered wrong?

After I had up date the application when I open it the application crash I use iPhone 6run only with iOS 12.5.5 only
I hope you solve the issues with software iOS 12.5.5

Good App but when you traveling doesn’t work from outside Jordan , you need a VPN (Jordan) or back to Jordan to work , it’s should working from anywhere I don’t why only Jordan
