Easy to order, impossible to return. Shapermint provides no phone number. A consumer’s choices are to have circular conversations with their Bot or leave a message and receive a text and email stating they are looking into it. My first order was in Feb of 2024, second in March before I realized I’d be stuck paying for all items even those that do not fit, a bra that literally fell apart on its second wearing. I don’t believe in the J Lo uniform malfunction until the most comfortable of the Shapermint bras came unglued!!!
I have received multiple shipments since billing my credit card. There is no place on the website to remove your credit card so Shapermint randomly sends items and bills me. Credit card company is helping me out. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, did receive a response from Shapermint again stating they cared and would help me out. However, their help is only to direct me to their website’s Returns & Exchanges site which responded “No Order Found” just as it has done with every order since February. Do yourself a favor, avoid doing business with Shapermint.

I have to admit I thought I loved this company at first because it was my first time using any type of shaping wear. So I joined this club...well it took two months before I ever got my first shipment. And even though you give them your sizes, even though I wear I size 16 and only select size XL or 2xl on things that run small...they sent me $60 worth of stuff size 3 XL! What am I supposed to do with that? Carry my children around inside my pants with me? Oh but wait, they sent me a bra holder so: small! For my 3xl breasts! So when I go to start a return, it says order not found. I thought it was because it was in payment lingo. Well, payment hits my account and I once again start a return/exhange process and guess what??? It says all says final can't be returned. So they basically stole $70 from me...or we could say they gave me junk clothes for people who weigh 40 lbs more than I do that can't be exchange or returned. I would have better luck shopping out of the car trunks of crackheads...they're way more honest than this and that says a LOT!

Bought 2 packs of 2 tummy toning underwear and waited 3 weeks, I get a package 2 pairs not 4 arrive and it’s a completely different brand and not shaping at all. Then I chat with customer service who didn’t seem like they understood anything I was saying even though I sent them my receipt and pictures of the items I received. After some time I was offered to have my order shipped because apparently item was oos before which is why they sent a “equivalent” again 2 instead of 4 underwear and not shaper so not sure how that’s equivalent in any regard. Now I’m waiting another 2+ weeks on that because the use DHL one of the most god awful slowest shipping companies to exist. Here I am about a month in, still no underwear yep won’t be ordering again.. I don’t enjoy complaining but seriously this company is plain incompetent.
