I get a “user not found” error when using the same login I use for the DEXA website

App starts then keep throwing up “enter name”, has been this way for like a year come on

I’m surprised DexaFitai is even available for download. It’s missing info. It’s glitchy and buggy.

DexaFitai will not show me my image scans. It only shows a black box. When I try to export the results, it will not even email me the images. What a waste of money.

This is my first review in DexaFitai store, so you know I must be displeased. DexaFitai does not store your results, unless you continue to get scans. My advice, is to screen shot your results. This is an unnecessary money making scam on their part.

To top it off, my lengthy review with problems does not appear

It falsely shows the option to delete account but won’t allow me to delete my account.

I’ve chosen not to receive notifications because why would I want to get them for an app like this. DexaFit does not like this. Whenever I open DexaFitai a message pops up notifying me I can turn on notifications in the settings app. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Oh, and not all of my tests are showing up in DexaFitai .

DexaFitai was extremely useful until recently. I noticed there had been a few bug fixes and I had to re enter my password. My last scan was in July and my biological age was 52 with an overall score of B. I check DexaFitai today and now my biological age is 58 with a score of C?! Why? You can’t just change the parameters on the users like that! Now I feel like my hard work and 20 pound weight loss was not enough. Is this a glitch or have the scores been too high all along? I don’t know what to think now.

The concept of having an app where you can see all of your results is brilliant but DexaFitai falls short. My 3D scans don't show up for days. I have to rely on emails to get my reports. Why would I not have access to those stats? It seems like it only caters to the dexa scans and not the data from the 3D scans that they also offer. Why offer the service if we can't use the features?

Only my most recent scan data is populating in DexaFitai . Prior to today I was able to see previous scans in my charts and track my change. Not sure if there’s a data or profile issue, but DexaFitai isn’t much use until it’s fixed (for me)

DexaFitai has improved. But, it would be beneficial for visual comparisons if the Dexa Scan image was in color as it is on the paper print out and system in the office. This way we could see the fat to muscle contrast in DexaFitai Dexa image for data purposes. Making it easier to see where fat is pulling from on DexaFitai !

Need Landscape view for iPad

I get two different numbers for my biologic age on my iPhone and iPad, even though the raw data reported is the same. I also cannot get the dart to go into apple health. I have gone to settings on apple health and allowed it to connect with this app, but when you click on the link it says “no data from DEXAFIT” even though I have two sets of readings. The DEXAFIT scans I got in Cambridge won’t upload to FitTrace Sync which could be an intermediary to apple health.

DexaFitai indicates that I need to update to 15.4 to continue using it.

App has useful details for Dexa body composition. I really like the benchmark score against peer it provides. Would love to see VO2 Max and RMR data integrated and visible in app as I took these tests and were told they are not available in DexaFitai yet.

Longevity is important and I’m happy to have a tool to better guide me to a longer, healthier life.

This is a very useful app.
