Current version does not get past a spinning wait screen for login.
This is a great product for Accounting industry, I would recommend to any accountant, however they have horrible customer service, always busy and can’t help you same day. They must hire more in customer service and account management.
I really love this app on my computer. I tried to login on my phone - total disaster!!
It was just in an infinite loop. Sends mail to verify ID. OK... then, I verify - I’m thanked and then ... nothing. I try again - sanr thing. I tried 4 or 5 times and gave up.
I’m a tax preparer and I need to know at a glance if I have tasks that are late or overdue. Can we get a home screen? Or the task menu? thanks!
this app listens to its customers. Canopy has really helped revolutionize my 10-year old tax and accounting practice. Working remotely with clients at their business sites or homes whether doing accounting or tax prep, the this app mobile app allows me to enhance my clients experience. Thanks this app for consistently listening to my feedback and for making enhancements to Canopy.
I would be nice to the workflow features to review surveys, schedule and complete tasks, and perhaps more.
As a CPA in solo practice this allows me to have a presence away from the office and while a laptop is not always nearby my iPhone is. I have invited numerous new clients to upload their first year info in this super hi tech secure portal. I now can’t live without it. To boot I have made much more revenue as a result of being able to be in two places at one time!
