All the sudden I get a oops message that pops up on my screen. All the information I spend hours inputting is now gone!!!! I tried to reach out to customer service department. No one answered my emails or comments🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
I’ve emailed their customer service asking for support to cancel subscription and they don’t respond. I keep getting charged. This is not OK
