Great Product horrible customer service

This is a great product for Accounting industry, I would recommend to any accountant, however they have horrible customer service, always busy and can’t help you same day. They must hire more in customer service and account management.
Can’t use the phone app!!

I really love Canopy on my computer. I tried to login on my phone - total disaster!!
It was just in an infinite loop. Sends mail to verify ID. OK... then, I verify - I’m thanked and then ... nothing. I try again - sanr thing. I tried 4 or 5 times and gave up.
