No package pickup. Cust Support person useless

After spending many times asking the customer support person for doing a ground domestic shipment, here are the results.
1. Took my money through paytm and no process for getting refunds.
2. Did not pick up package in two days after all types of assurances.
3. Customer Support claiming to have checked on shipment status actually did no checking and gave false information.

I returned a parcel to the dealer through shiprocket and the whole return process, right from the day the delivery person picked up my parcel, took more than a month. Very poor return service. I have to call them every single day to know about status of my parcel. Very disappointed

I’ve lost nearly INR 2600 because of errors on Shiprocket’s partners and Shiprocket’s response in dealing with their partners.
They’re basically stealing my money.
I would highly recommend not to try their service - after 6 months of use, I’m better off walking down to the local courier place.
