Unable to get anyone ever, I ha left even emails to IT support asking to cancel.my account. Phone number given for help 1-415-805--6356 has no human unless you have a direct extension# for someone. The need y hire a couple of operators is incredibly ridiculous. I purchased the service for $30, and my service would repeatedly not be able to connect. After trying for 30 minutes I gave up, reconnecting about 10 times. No one at wificoin will respond to me, the service is unusable and they customer service is non existent. Going on $240.00 because I can't cancel. This is not acceptable. If someone does work there could you please help me cancel my account? At this point I have lost hope and feel I have been taken advantage of 💯 percent.

This is my 4th attempt to contact Wificoin. I purchased the service for $30, and my service would repeatedly stop after 1MB. After trying for 30 minutes I gave up, reconnecting about 10 times. No one at wificoin will respond to me, do not give these peopel your money. The service is unusable and they customer service is non existant.

Absolutely horrible service. I signed up for a subscription. Tried the app on multiple flights and in flight was told that I still need to purchase credits while in flight. When I’ve tried to cancel my subscription I get an automated email asking that I use the “email us” via the app (which is how I emailed them first) and can not get through at all via the phone. Will be disputing my charges.

I’m going to heed some caution here. While it is nice to have internet on longer flights I would make sure you double check on your specific flight that the WiFi capabilities are actually working. Not one of my flights but two had their WiFi down. So my $30 purchase was rendered useless with no ability to refund. In the future I will wait until the flight is underway rather than trying to be preemptive.

I recommend the airline or the app finds a way to refund their patrons if the system is down.

Props to offering in flight WiFi but the price to number of hours is outrages! Let’s consider how much a month you pay for WiFi at home, even if you halved the amount of time you still get way way way more hours. The guess you have to have a lot of money to burn to be able to justify this luxury.
