I did like the convenience of using the app but when I had trouble with an order (the store didn’t receive my app order so I had to pay twice. Once on app and in store.) I reached out to customer support on the Juice It Up app and they basically told me that they couldn’t help me even though my payment was processed through them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Don’t have an app if you can’t help customers when something goes wrong.

It’s so disappointing when you have to wait over 15 minutes to get a drink. And there were five people back there working. Not to be like a crybaby but that seems a bit ridiculous to me. And then I ask for extra bananas because I like the little chunks in my drink. And there was none. Sadness

I had two drinks in my cart. I had to fix my payment. When the order sent it defaulted to a drink I didn’t order and deleted my two original drinks.
When I tried to order a second drink I couldn’t because I had just placed an order. Very frustrating!
