I open the app and it just stays on the loading screen it won’t even she the login

I recently downloaded the app and there is one profile that keeps showing up for me, and when it does the app becomes unresponsive without fail. The profile is called Haley🧡🥱, and I don’t know what to do since I can’t use the app when the profile shows up, and sometimes it’s the first profile that loads.
