Not adding people not working

the app has been having bugs for two days now, none of my requests got accepted and i haven’t been receiving any requests for the past two days, very weird because i always receive requests and mine get accepted

Hi so I keep trying to watch an add for gems and it says I get them but they don't show up, how can I fix it

I used to make a lot of freinds on this app but right now no matter how many people I spend diamonds on, nobody accepts and I also recieve 0 requests. It has to be a bug or something. (Spent 500 diamonds literally adding every person who showed up and nobody accepted)

I have been adding friends and getting replies but now no matter how many I add my request area is always empty

I’ve been using the app since 2023 July and it always worked well but now its been like 4 days since i dont get any requests and none of the requests i sent were accepted and i used to get requests everyday, every hour🙃I tried reinstalling but it didn’t work…

No matter how many requests I accept the friends chat area would always be empty how do I fix that?

No body accept my friend request

for 2 days I can't load the ads where you buy diamonds for free solve the problem or if anyone here knows how to help me, I have internet and I deleted the app but it still doesn't work.

I have had this app for a long time now. I am level 79 and have made lots of friends on this app. But like 5 months ago it random Just quit giving me any more matches even through I was using thousands of gems a day. I still have been getting on the app occasionally to see if it was fixed but nothing. I have tried deleting but no success.

My advert didn’t show just showing searching since

it doesn't cost me gems to add people, it also shows me people i have already added before

Friend requests don’t show up but the exclamation point does

it keeps showing that there no more friends to discover

my hoop account says "no new friends to discover, come back later" it's been like that for too long i need new people to talk with, idk if it's my phone or the app. i would appreciate if u guys can help:)

It says I have no new friends to discover and this has been like this for at least 6 months

no more new friends to discover at the moment. come back later.. i'm having this problem about 2-3 weeks. idk how to fix it. thanks for advice

I watch the free videos for gems and do the quizs but they don’t ever go onto my account and i’m stuck at 0

It showing me that I can’t add anymore friends for the past 4 days now

Whenever I load onto app it loads for ages and says it’s Unauthenticated

As soon as I open the app it says in red at the bottom of the screen "unathanticated". I restarted my phone, deinstalled and installed hoop but nothing worked.

i had this app a few months ago i just redownloaded it last night and it just keeps saying “no more new friends to discover at the moment. come back later” so i deleted it and then downloaded it again and it didn’t do anything idk how to fix it🤷🏼‍♀️
