These 2 exactly: By Aisha Wann Mar 17 2022 Has the River News App been removed from the IOS App Store? For the past month I noticed I stopped receiving notifications then saw that the app was “no longer available in my country.” & I live in the US. Hope to hear from you soon. This was my favorite News App and I have not been able to replace it with something better. I would rave about this app and would be so sad if it’s no longer available. How to fix River app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the River app on iPhone
Update River app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall River iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix River on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve River network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

River Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix River not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the River App
1. On android, goto Settings » River » click [Force Stop]

Update River to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear River App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » River » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart River.

Fix River unable to contact server/ River internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click River » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto River » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch River
