How to fix Gutly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gutly app on iPhone
Update Gutly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gutly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gutly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gutly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Gutly Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Gutly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gutly App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gutly » click [Force Stop]

Update Gutly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gutly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gutly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gutly.

Fix Gutly unable to contact server/ Gutly internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gutly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gutly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
