How to fix OWQLO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OWQLO app on iPhone
Update OWQLO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OWQLO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OWQLO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OWQLO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OWQLO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OWQLO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OWQLO App
1. On android, goto Settings » OWQLO » click [Force Stop]

Update OWQLO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OWQLO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OWQLO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OWQLO.

Fix OWQLO unable to contact server/ OWQLO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OWQLO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OWQLO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OWQLO
