Repeated Problems freezing with error message

Multiple times I’ve had issues trying to get the app to play. It keeps on freezing up and dismissing the app with an error message. Very frustrating waiting for it to try and work. Eventually I just walk away and come back hoping it’ll work.

Uninstalled and reinstalled app several times. Paid online for annual subscription so kid can watch offline and app won't open gets to logo screen and then crashes. Worthless app and they won't refund subscription.
