Repeated Problems freezing with error message

Multiple times I’ve had issues trying to get LooLooKids to play. It keeps on freezing up and dismissing LooLooKids with an error message. Very frustrating waiting for it to try and work. Eventually I just walk away and come back hoping it’ll work.

Uninstalled and reinstalled app several times. Paid online for annual subscription so kid can watch offline and app won't open gets to logo screen and then crashes. Worthless app and they won't refund subscription.

The Lock Screen is frustrating specially when you have screaming toddler. It takes multiple tries to get it unlock. There is no way to only play the downloaded songs on the go. Lastly, it’s not very interactive compared to other apps that are similar.

I have a 6 month old and she loves these videos. Not much holds her attention at this age but she’s mesmerized by these! She loves watching the baby. And I appreciate that I can lock it so she doesn’t press a bunch of buttons while we’re trying to play a video!
