How to fix WEIQ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WEIQ app on iPhone
Update WEIQ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WEIQ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WEIQ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WEIQ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WEIQ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WEIQ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WEIQ App
1. On android, goto Settings » WEIQ » click [Force Stop]

Update WEIQ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WEIQ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WEIQ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WEIQ.

Fix WEIQ unable to contact server/ WEIQ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WEIQ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WEIQ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WEIQ
