It’s trash. Don’t get it
This is actually great I purchased the booty bands on Amazon it came with resistance bands the package I got or thought it said it does but, actually didn’t. But I already had a set of Reebok resistance bands. Anyways the videos show the workouts to get a nice Brazilian bum. The band is sturdy and good quality. It also comes in a storage bag.
It would be great if they add the nutrition meals I do like a banana smoothie with peanut butter and flaxseed, different smoothies, w/ lean protein and stretches my butt is looking awesome. I also do butt stretches those would be great to add on DeFiT . I know the country is shut down right now, but, don’t stop now keep building this brand. Great Job especially with the price in a market where products are over priced with poor quality. Thanks for making getting fit affordable.
