I/31/23 8:11am messed up the two matcha latte order and needs refund

Not good enough

Several breaks in security with this App. It’s not secure enough and I won’t use Blue Bottle again. In addition, you cannot track previous order history for potential disputes. You have to look at your credit card transactions but there is no order history for drinks on the mobile App. I read some of the responses from the developers and they are rather obtuse for the issues presented. This clearly says to me they are not putting the effort forward. When they state, “sorry to hear that” but don’t solve the issue or address the specifics, your losing customer base. I will no longer be getting coffee there because of this App. There are other choices for coffee in our area.

Weak...almost useless

Zero information on this app. No settings, no menus, no list of stores by city or state, no setting favorites of anything or pre-loading a CC to make paying easier the next time. Can ONLY view cafes by enabling location contrary to what a developer response stated. Tricky to find the map feature to find a cafe you want to browse, use google maps to save frustration. Forget even trying to order from a cafe not near you (i.e.-just to see what a particular store offers), it will direct you back to the nearest cafe. I could not tell you how the ordering process works. No information given on the takeout only cafes work.

Prices are different on app vs in-store

I typically order an iced mocha with oat milk in store it’s $6.25 (+tip). In the app it’s $7.25. I made sure all the settings were right and nothing was different. I asked an employee if they raised their prices, that was not the case. They mentioned the app automatically adds an espresso shot as default. Please fix that. Also it would be nice to have the option to add extra or less ice. Thank
