Love Last Bottle, but the app needs work

First off, it’s a great service. However, the app has one major usability issue that caused me to not use it. It’s very simple, and requires little interaction, so should be pretty good. However, having to log back in every single time is an annoyance that shouldn’t happen at all in an app vs using the website. I’ll keep the app installed to get the alerts rather than just emails, but opening the app offers no advantages over the website
Good app - needs tracking numbers

The app is clean and efficient and ordering wine is pretty simple. The one big issue I have is that shipped orders do not show the tracking number via the mobile app. I’m not sure why...if you log in via a browser to their web site you can find it. Having to use two different interfaces is not great.

There is so much opportunity, online and bricks and mortar, to purchase great wines. I enjoy the ease, selection and the feel of “getting in on the inside” that I feel when I get the daily selection from Last Bottle. I know what I like, but I have never been lead astray with the offerings from Last Bottle. We have purchased some great wines in the past couple of years and it has been, overall, a great experience.
