Have been trying to order something for past 2 days talking to customer service but nobody can help me to place the order and something is wrong

Anytime you try to apply a filter…size, color, category, AllSaints crashes!

Crashing a lot lately when attempting to filter, unfortunately.

App crashes whenever you click filter

I have been a long time fan of All Saints. Unfortunately, there is no customer service ... at all. They did away with a telephone service, so if you have inquiries or concerns, good luck. AllSaints states you can email them and they will respond within 2-3 business days. In my case, they did not respond at all. Considering the quality and price of the goods this company provides, one would think their customer service would be on par. From now on, I will only shop through third party retailers. If you want to sell $500 jackets, you should at least respond to inquiries about your items.

It would glitch every time I clicked on the filter button. During Thanksgiving though, maybe that was the reason.

App doesn’t open. I already updated to the latest version

I wasn’t able to log in with my account email. Unable to reset my password. It did not give me the option to use PayPal.

I love All Saints, but my first time using AllSaints was extremely glitchy. As I was shopping, about 10 times as I was looking at different items, AllSaints just completely shut down on me. I am used to shopping through apps, so it was not a user error.

So i wanted to know when are their sales. I chose their chat option, they couldnt provide any agent but they enailed me the info which is good. Idk if All saints go more than 30% during sale but i didnt want to miss the hoodie ehich ive been eyeing sunce long time. So bought it.

Love the style, image and product of the brand. I always find a great piece to add to the wardrobe!
