There’s lots of cute clothes at great prices! I would’ve given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the hour countdown timer once you add something to your cart. I typically shop pretty slowly...so multiple times I was having to add items back to my cart (when I could remember what they were, that is). I also didn’t like that when you were done looking at an item and hit the back button, it goes back up to the top so I had to find where I was every time I clicked on an item...it was just kind of inconvenient, especially since I was being timed. I also wish that there were reviews for items; I’d like to know if the particular item runs small, large or true to size from people that have purchased the clothes. Other than that, I like that TheZigZagStripe alerts you when an item on your wishlist is back in stock and that it gives you the option to automatically pre-authorize the purchase of that item.

Just received five more pieces today I couldn’t be more pleased. Pieces are made well, true to size, wash up nicely and are a great quality piece to add to your wardrobe. Because you can actually see what you’re buying before you do and it feels like you’re shopping with a girlfriend. I am actually waiting for another package and a couple days with a few more pieces. I seems like Christmas every time I get a package it’s so much fun opening them. Keep up the good work girls!! Appreciate how hard u work to keep us all Happy!! Merry Christmas from Wisconsin

I LOVE Zig Zag Stripe and their clothes but their website needs improvements I feel would help them and the consumer so much! First, if a shirt comes in multiple colors put that on the same page with a scroll of colors you can click on and not have each different color on a separate listing. Secondly, when shopping on the website each time you click on an item to look at it, when you’re finished, it sends you back up to the top and you start all over again. This is very frustrating. Otherwise I would have easily given it 5 stars!! 😊

I love TheZigZagStripe ! It is great to be able to see all of my favorite pieces on one scrollable page. My only suggestion would be to make it return to my place in the scroll queue after clicking on a selection, that way I don’t have to scroll all the way back down to see more pieces. Online shopping can be annoying when things don’t load; with TheZigZagStripe you don’t have that inconvenience. Your clothing is the best and each of the items is modeled many different ways. Each outfit is unique, modest, and well put together—very inspirational!

ZZS is my favorite boutique, by far. I’ve been dabbling with boutique shopping in the DFW area for the past couple years. This one has the most affordable clothing, free shipping, and a variety of really cute stuff. Other boutiques I go to only sell brands like Entro, Jodifl, etc and I find their clothing to be overpriced...AND kind of boring/plain. ZZS offers lots of prints, the best graphic tees, basic tops and leggings that are SUPER soft and comfortable, great selection of cute shoes, and I always love the accessories. The owner, Leslie definitely has a great eye for cute things!

I absolutely love ZZS!!! The change at first was a little different. But I have adapted!!! Love, Love, Love it. I have been a customer for a couple years now, and I can’t say enough!!! Beautiful clothes and awesome prices. Love the fact that they are different, they find the the most beautiful apparel. Customer service is excellent!! No store can compare to them when it comes to customer service. They fix everything!! The employees are the greatest. Look forward to shopping ZZS for many years to come!!!!

I have been apart of another Facebook online boutique and I have to say I’ve had a few issues with shipping and communication however a friend sent me an invite for this online boutique and I’m beyond impressed by their customer service. I’ve yet to need to contact anyone but by customer service I mean the turn around time for ordering is amazing not to mention how awesome the products are. Great quality you can tell theses ladies care and I say thank you.

ZZS isn’t just a seller of clothing. ZZS is a: seller of awesome clothes and accessories, unique, led by the coolest Boss Babe on the planet, a community of women who enjoy laughing, building each other up, and of course, buyer of said awesome clothes/accessories, a family-oriented atmosphere (what other boutique takes you into her own home?), a culture, a brand of clothing in times past, and the list could go on and on. Keep doing what you do, Leslie! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again and again, I am a ZZS lifer!

I’ve been shopping here with these amazing ladies for a little over a year and I’ve been beyond pleased!!! Have never had to return anything. I love the videos they offer and they show exactly the perfection that I receive. The customer service is great! The owner of Zig Zag is so precious and absolutely the BEST OF THE BEST!! I have major issues with TheZigZagStripe on my iPhone XS Max. Half the time it won’t let me on it, telling me I’ve got to have email. When I go to enter email, which my email hasn’t changed in 20 yrs & has been submitted to ZZS, it won’t let me. If it wasn’t for TheZigZagStripe working most, but not all, of the time on my iPad, I’d be unable to order most of the time.

It took me hours to go through and find everything I wanted because as I would scroll through and click on things to check availability, I would click the back button to go back and finish scrolling and it would take me all the way back to the top. So, then I would have to scroll all the way back down to where I was. It was very frustrating and next time I probably won't take the time to scroll through and find everything.

Zig zag is my one and only online shopping store I use for clothing. One big help when ordering would be after selecting an item to view and hitting the back button to the category again the page automatically scrolls all the way to the top so any time you view and item u start all over. Of when hitting the back button it went back where you were in the search it would be more efficient.

Change happens. It’s not always easy and it’s not always good at first, but it happens. I am a die hard fan of ZZS and if I can’t learn to adapt to changes with the company...and a phenomenal company at that....then there are plenty other companies out there to shop. I have been so saddened to see women rip this company and its owner to shreds. The same women who used to rave about it. Keep up the amazing work, Zig Zag!!

I love this boutique and TheZigZagStripe makes it so easy to shop anytime, anywhere! Updates have made using TheZigZagStripe so much easier and I really like the fact that, because I have TheZigZagStripe , I get to see new items right away. Definitely like the videos of items plus the new feature of multiple photos of pieces. Love ZZS!!

I love the ease of shopping through an app vs a website, but one change I would love to see is as you are scrolling through and click on an item, when you click back to the main screen it would be great if it went back to where you were at instead of starting back at the top every time.

This site makes it easy to see everything they offer and how much it costs simply by scrolling. Then you can clock for more details if you want...so simple. The only thing I wish you could do is search by a keyword, etc not just by their chosen filters. It’s new though so I’m sure that will come eventually. Keep up the good work and keep bringing us more deals!

TheZigZagStripe is ridiculously terrible - inability to search by category and when you try to scroll down it jumps back to the top. You can only order if you link your FB account - no thank you, I'll shop elsewhere from now on. I
I have been purchasing items for my mom and myself for over 4 years. That ended when ZZS made the very unwise decision to close the website, change to this embarrassingly poor app and allow orders only by linking your FB account.
Yet, ANOTHER customer lost ZZS. Deleting app now and unsubscribing from all emails. Bye, Bye, Bye 👋

I have really enjoyed using TheZigZagStripe... So far I’ve been impressed with the quality of the clothes & the customer service as well!!! I am sad I cannot get the “I’m Your Huckleberry” T-Shirt!!! My advice is if you really like something order as soon as you see it!!! They fly off of the shelves!!!

TheZigZagStripe is most helpful when I’m wanting to purchase something that’s been posted recently (so I don’t have to scroll far) or wanting to check the status of my purchase. Otherwise, I have to agree with the other reviewers - no ability to search for a particular item or even a particular style makes TheZigZagStripe of little practical use.

Love the way I can see the clothes in the video. I have ordered quite a few orders and have loved everything! Great quality, reliable sizing, and easy returns!! Definitely will shop again and again. Highly recommended!!
