I placed my very first order on Saturday, August 26, 2023 totaling $131.62 and received them on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.
The next day, Thursday, August 31, 2023, everything that I purchased is 50% off.
I was happy and disappointed because I was planning to spend more money and disappointed because I just bought a bunch of items at much higher prices.
So I contacted them via IM on Thu, August 31 asking for a price adjustment for a store credit and received a reply the next day, saying that they cannot adjust pricing and/ or give me store credit. I told them that I would buy a lot more than the credit that I would have received. I also gave them a call, hoping that they would work with me and they said no.
They said that I can return them but I already wore the pants and top, and remove packaging from all of them. Also on the return, they would only give store credit. I told them that I no longer want to do anymore business with them.
I’m very disappointed and appalled with their poor customer service. I know they don’t know me but I love clothes and I could be their faithful customer that spends a lot of money with them.
