I inadvertently logged in to this app with an old account. The app said I could not participate and forces me to the Gartner Reviews website. There is no way to clear out this login data from the app. I have uninstalled, restarted, cleared data from phone, ensured no data is stored on iCloud. Nothing works. The app reinstalls and retains the bad login data. There seems to be no way to reset this app.

My account has been locked and no response from support. Even after multiple emails no support response. I was going to use it and expand this within our company, but looks like they are not interested.

Gartner is always ready to collect data from you, unless it’s to do with their points system. In that case, it’s just… never… ready…. to…. award…. you… It’s a waste of time, don’t bother.
