I can't go online to claim my funds. The email is correct because it is the same email used to notify me. I have the password written down and double checked it. It is correct. I can't reset the password and I can't contact anyone by phone. I need assistance.

This has been a on going issue since 7/16 I was approve for funds. The fund came from two different Campaign money was deposited into my account on 7/14. On 7/16 some of the funds were taken from my account. I have spoken with reps via online chat since that is the only option to reach customer service. After a few days I was advise the issue has been resolved and the fund will be returned to my account. This was on 7/21 I was told I should see them that day or no later then the next day. So after day two still no funds so I reached back out at that time i was told it can take up to 3 business days. Ok cool I can accept that. Now here it is 4 business days later and still nothing. When I reached out yesterday the online rep typed something but quickly deleted it. Umm I wonder why so I asked did u mean to delete the respond and guess what nothing. I have yet to here back from anyone. If this was set to help students why do it feel like it's so hard to resolve the issue. At this point I just need to know what is going on. This has been a not so pleasant experience for me.

I had the wrong account on my account. I deleted it off my account and then it said I had no funds to be transferred to my account when my emergency money was just released to me to be sent to my account. Someone knew if it got sent to the other account

Why allow applications if fund is closed

I got an email from my school stating I could apply for emergency funding. Went through their online application and was told I would be notified within 24hrs of a decision. Log into my account the next day and check the status of the application only to see that the application has been closed due to all available funds being distributed, which is great for those who received it. However, you should not let students apply under the impression that the emergency fund is still open only to later find out they applied for nothing because there is no money left to be given. I didn’t even receive an email or any sort of communication stating it had been closed, had to download the app to find out.

The app is slow

After I filled out my application the app slowed down. Once I received an email that my funds were available, when I tried to transfer the funds the prompt said, “Something went wrong. Try again later.” It’s been a few hours since I tried to transfer the funds to my bank. The chat feature has not been very helpful either. There is also a glitch or something like this. When I clicked on the “we use intercom” button, any thing I click will send me to the “Hi, we are intercom!” page. I also tried the different option to have my funds to be sent through a prepaid card. Nothing happens when I click on the Step 1 link.

Most Frustrating App I’ve ever used

I downloaded this for the emergency funds relief fund and there was no option for the application on the app. I tried getting help from the automated app and it directed me to download another app I’m supposed to pay for to get access to change one minor detail about my account. Rather than making this information easy to access that millions of alumni are probably trying to access, this app provided no such thing. Don’t even bother.
