Update on reply. I’m not sure what’s the point in telling customers to contact your WhatsApp support when the problem is in your own servers and infrastructure. What do you expect your own CS to do? They cannot magically fix your servers. BRI cannot even handle the transaction volume when they are having promos (QRIS transaction failures). Generic meaningless responds (and asking for 5 star review) felt more empty than not responding at all.
Original review: Frequent timeouts, frequent failures of QRIS transactions, frequent failures of showing balances (showing up as ? Instead). These are regardless of connectivity, be it on cellular or WiFi. Seems like BRI needs to improve reliability of their own servers. The app itself is alright. Support for biometric login is very useful. But server connectivity issues made it very annoying to use.
