I'm unable to measure individual HRV . It says there is an error.

Force Stop the Global Coherence App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Global Coherence app. » click "Force Stop".

Clear Global Coherence App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Global Coherence app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
