OmegaRecruit continues to tell me wrong password/username, but the same password/username works when logging in online.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

Never remembers my log in name (email). Please make this more user friendly. The chapter pays your company for this system so it’s unacceptable. There is no admin accessibility on OmegaRecruit anymore either from what I can see.

The login and system setup was efficient and easy. No one in my house had issues setting up the account. The reason I hesitate to give this five stars is simply because you can’t edit interests or your “profile” on OmegaRecruit . Having to log into the website to do so is just not as easy. Hopefully they will fix this issue and make OmegaRecruit as efficient as possible.
